OPEX / RESCO Model
Under the OPEX/RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) model, Vibgyor Energy invests, installs, and operates the solar plant at the customer’s premises. The customer consumes green energy by simply paying a per-unit tariff, without any upfront investment. This arrangement is also known as the BOOT Model (Build, Own, Operate, Transfer).
- Zero Investment for Customer – Vibgyor makes the capital investment, while the customer only pays for consumed power.
- Regulatory Compliance – All approvals and permissions managed by Vibgyor Energy.
- Long-Term Tariff Security – Fixed non-escalating tariff under a 10–15 year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
- Cost Savings – Consumers save 10–15% on electricity costs compared to state grid tariffs (depending on plant size and credit rating).
CAPEX Model
Under the CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) model, the client invests in setting up the solar power plant at their premises. This allows the customer to own the system outright and enjoy the benefits for the entire project life. Eligible clients can also claim Accelerated Depreciation and Subsidies, further improving returns.

CAPEX with Financing Model
Under this model, the client invests 30% – 50% of the upfront project cost to set up a solar power plant at their premises. This structure allows customers to own the system without bearing the full capital burden while still enjoying the benefits of ownership throughout the project life.
